To align with more modern secure infrastructure, and to reflect our core purpose, we are changing our email address from info@mydata.abs.gov.au to mydataportal@abs.gov.au.
What this means for you: Future communications regarding myDATA, will be sent to you from mydataportal@abs.gov.au. If you are expecting comms from us, and don’t receive it, make sure it’s not in your spam folder or blocked at your organisations firewall. You can continue to use the older email address (or switch to the new one) until the old email address becomes unavailable early next year. If you’re unsure, you can just hit “reply” as you normally would on an email response.
When is this happening: We will start sending emails from mydataportal.abs.gov.au from the 12th December 2025.
